Rubber Pad are used where it is required to obtain increased deflection at the same kg/sq.cm. The rubber pad can be stacked in layers but, where more than two layers are used , separate each layer with a metal shim plate of 1.5 to 2mm thickness. if several layers are required , the height of the stack should be less than the length or width.

The rubber pads are machinery mounting moulded neoprene rubber sheet. The design of the sheets allows the sheet to flex under load to provide isolation. The sheets can be cut to size and can be stacked using shims to improve isolation. Most suitable for free standing applications where load is borne by a flat pad foot.
